Notice of Annual General Meeting

A General Meeting of Southern Sydney Folk Club Inc. will be held at Village Guitar, 24a Letitia Street, Oatley on Wednesday night, August 13, 2025, at 7.30 pm, immediately preceding the Annual General Meeting.

Business of General Meeting

1. Resolution for a change in the Constitution of Southern Sydney Folk Club Inc.

The resolution is to amend Part 3 Section14 (1) “Composition of committee” as follows:

14. Composition of Committee.

(l) The committee must have 4 members, as elected in accordance with Clause 15 consisting of the following office-bearers: (i) President, (ii) Vice President, (iii) Secretary  (iv) Treasurer.
